  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TajaCore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on TajaCore are provided on an 'as is' basis. TajaCore makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TajaCore or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use TajaCore, even if TajaCore or a TajaCore authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
